ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING AND APARTMENT BUILDINGS PANKRÁC

The AOBD Pankrác project is an interesting combination of a residential complex with administrative premises. There are 135 residential units in the residential area and two connected office buildings. The building has six floors with apartments and offices, as well as four underground floors for parking and technical facilities. We carried out a complete supply and installation of ventilation equipment in the complex, including ventilation of garages and protected escape routes.

TRIMARAN DMINISTRATIVE CENTER (CITY DECO)

Trimaran is the original name for a ship that has two side stabilization floats in addition to the main hull. This shape inspired the architects to create an original building, which is an exceptional combination of reinforced concrete with a steel structure, allowing to cover the adjacent building and thus create a unique urban solution. As part of the project, we implemented a complete supply and installation ventilation equipment, including an implementation project and arrangement of technology elements on the roof of the building.

APARTMENTS MALEŠICE – 2ND STAGE

The residential complex in Malešice includes in the 2nd stage a total of 242 flats in 3 buildings, each of which has commercial premises on the ground floor and cellars and parking spaces in the basement. As part of the project, we implemented the supply and installation of ventilation equipment for apartments with the help of recuperation equipment. For each house, one separate central unit was installed on the roof. We carried out a complete supply and installation of ventilation equipment in the complex, including ventilation of garages and protected escape routes.

BD TULIPA CITY

The Tulipa City project includes 257 apartments in 4 apartment buildings in an attractive location in Vysočany, just 3 minutes from the Kolbenova B metro station. The houses are located in a part of the former ČKD factory complex and have thus replaced unused production halls for years. As part of the project, we implemented a complete supply and installation of ventilation equipment, including ventilation of garages and protected escape routes.
